gd-disarray

gd-disarray is a Max For Live device that I originally created in the Max/MSP Pluggo environment around 2003 & updated for M4L in 2023. This is a spectral scrambler of sorts. You can choose how many harmonics you’d like to move (or rearrange) as well as the maximum frequency range. There are buttons to randomize both values as well as reset the distribution of the harmonics.

Check out the rest of my Max for Live devices (mostly conversions of my older Pluggos & some other things). I have at least 25 with more to come as I get around to uploading them here. They have all been tested and work on Ableton Live 11 & 12 (and probably earlier versions as well).
